Noah E (6S) Gibraltar Powerpoint

As part of our intercultural understanding strand of the Spanish programme, Year 6 examined the history, people, culture and current political issues of the British Colony of Gibraltar. The children showed great curiosity and enthusiasm for this unique community. As a result, Mrs Paul set the children an optional Easter holiday challenge to explore the subject further. Noah immediately set about this task – the same day – returning to school the next morning with an impressive PowerPoint presentation. Noah’s enthusiasm, content and ICT skills impressed Mrs Paul so much that she wanted to share Noah’s work on the website. We hope you enjoy the presentation.

6C prove Miss Morris wrong!

6C were set a scientific challenge today. Miss Morris believed that as you exercise your breathing increases but your heart rate stays the same. We didn't agree with her but we had to prove her wrong in a scientific way.

Nursery Easter Prayers

As part of our preparation for Easter nursery children used duplo blocks to pray. We prayed thank you prayers for ourselves; prayed for each other and other people; celebrated our differences and joined our blocks together to show that we are all part of a community.
